my room was awesome. i got the beautiful room king bed and the bed was super comfy. plus the staff were always smiling, so nice! the location rocks too, i walked everywhere. the lobby looked great.
i did not encounter any problems . everything went as expected.

The professional staff upgraded me to a Beautiful Room King Bed during check in. My room had a convenient coffee machine, which i used daily. I appreciated the iron and ironing board also. (a simple thing, but VERY convenient).
The WiFi signal was somewhat weak. I found it a bit slow at times.

the hotel's proximity to public transport was very useful. a metro station was only a few minutes away on foot. i also appreciated the free bottled water provided upon request, a simple but valuable amenity. the area felt secure, even when walking around late at night.
the room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks. this absence was a minor inconvenience . providing fridges in all rooms would significantly enhance guest convenience.

the location was acceptable. it was near the metro.
The bathroom was quite old. the shower didn't work properly. There was hardly any water pressure. i also got eaten alive by mosquitoes both nights i stayed there.
